What is your operational hours?

We are open daily starting at 08.00 till 23.00. Last order for dine-in is at 22.30.

What is Mediterranea Restaurant’s address?

Our restaurant is located at Jalan Tirtodipuran No. 24A Mantrijeron Yogyakarta 55143. We don’t open any other restaurant/ branch.

What time is all menu available?

For your information, at 08.00 – 10.30 we will only serve Breakfast Menu, All Menu will be available starting at 11.00.

Do we need to reserve a table in advance ?

Yes. We strongly require you to reserve a table in advance when you plan to dine-in at our restaurant. To make a reservation, you can call us at (+62274)371052 or or click the link here to make a reservation.

Please arrive in time, to avoid the queue in the restaurant we will only keep your table for 15 ( fifteen minutes )

Can we come without reservation?

Yes you can, as long we have table available you can use it. When all the table is occuppied we will write your name in our waiting list.

What is waiting list?

If you are in our “waiting list”, it means there is no available table to be resereved in our restaurant. It’s first come first serve basis, to avoid the long queque line in our restaurant. We will call you one by one based on the list we have.

How long do I have to wait if I am in the waiting list?

Unfortunately, we can’t sure you, how many minutes you will need to wait. Yet, we can sure you that you will get our table once it is available.

How can I check the waiting list line?

You can call us at 0274 371052 to get the update of our waiting list.

What do I have to do once I arrived in the restaurant if I am in the waiting list?

Please kindly inform our team if you are in our waiting list. Our team will assist you shortly!

Is there any restriction about the time limitation in the restaurant?

We don’t apply time limitation when you dine-in at our restaurant. However, our team will always inform you regarding to the availibility time for our tables as well as the reservation we have received.

Can we order food in advance prior arrivals?

You can order your food in advance prior arrivals. Please make sure that you have informed our team your arrival time! We will proceed your order once you’re seated to ensure the quality of the food or unexpected cancellation.

Do we need to bring or show our vaccination card for dine-in?

You don’t need to bring/ show us your vaccination card whenever you dine-in at our restaurant. However you will be required to follow our safety protocols while you are at our restaurant.

Are children under 12 years old allowed to dine-in?

Yes, children under 12 years old are allowed to dine-in at our restaurant.

What are your safety and healthy protocols applied in the restaurant?

• Our team is required to wear mask, gloves, and we are 100% fully vaccinated.
• We will check your temperature before entering our restaurant, (maximum is 37,3 C).
• We wash our tables and chairs every morning with soap and water.
• We sanitize our tables and chairs by spraying 75% of alcohol before you are seated. If you need an extra protection, please do not hesitate to ask our team for spraying alcohol one more time.
• We do regular fogging with food grade materials.

Is pet allowed?

We love animals and even your pet, but unfortunately we are not allowing any animals or pet to be in the restaurant area. We thank you for your understanding.

Do you serve halal food ?

Our food is processed using halal ingredients.
For pizza, pasta and burger toppings, we have a choice of ham ( bacon ) sausages with separated storage, processing, serving and washing.

Do you have gluten free menu?

Yes, we have.

Is birthday cake available at Mediterranea Restaurant?

Yes, It is! Our birthday cake is not ready stock. We will require you to do pre oder by maximum one day before. Check our cake variants here. We will be happy to deliver your cake through GoCar to avoid cake damage. Additional greeting card is also available for free.

Do you have a romantic dinner package?

At the moment, we don’t have any romantic dinner package. Yet, you can still have arrange a romantic dinner based on our a la carte menu. Our team will provide table cloth and candle. If you have a special decoration request, we humbly recommend you to contact your preferred decoration vendor.
Simple decoration is allowed, please do not stick any decoration on the well which cause damage.

Do you have kids menu?

Kids Menu isn’t available, however you can order a pasta for a smaller portion or pizza for a smaller size for your little one. For additional information we provide baby chairs, please inform us if you need one when you reserve a table.

Do you have musholla in the restaurant?

We are really sorry, due to the limited area of the restaurant, we don’t provide a praying area inside the restaurant. However, a big mosque is located 20 meters away from our restaurant, we humbly encourage you to visit them.

Is the restaurant available for take away and delivery?

Yes, delivery service and take away are available, or simply find us or order our menu via GoFood or GrabFood.

Do you have a meeting room?

Yes, meeting room is available inside the restaurant. We have two meeting rooms available. Our meeting room capacity is for 15 – 17 persons, and the other one is for 8 – 10 persons

Can we reserve in group?

Yes, we welcome a group reservation. In order to make our operation running smoothly, we will require you to order the menu in advance. Down payment is a must.

Is vegan pasta available?

No, our pasta contains eggs.

Can you deliver food to other city?

Delivery food to other cities are available. For selected menu, we can deliver them to Solo, Semarang, Salatiga, Cilacap, By bus or travel. Additional charge will be applied.

Why do you call your food as a healthy food?

Because it contains no MSG, no preservatives, no artificial flavour and colour, we only use the real fruits and real ingredients.

Is there any live music performance?

Yes, there is Jazz Live Music every Tuesday night start at 19:00.
